Welcome to SpiritAurora at spiritaurora.com. By accessing or using our services, infoproducts, or goods, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Provisions

2. Services (Spiritual Business Coaching)

SpiritAurora offers personalized one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and retreats focused on spiritual business development.

2.1 Reimbursement Policy for Services

Clients may request a reimbursement within 7 days following the initial session, provided no more than one session has been attended. To remain eligible, the request must be submitted via our contact form.

2.2 Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled by notifying SpiritAurora at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time via our contact form. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability and must occur within 60 days of the original date.

2.3 Non-Reimbursable Services

Custom coaching packages, gift certificates, and fully organized retreats are final sale due to advance resource allocation and cannot be reimbursed. This policy ensures the quality and commitment required for these offerings.

3. Infoproducts

Digital courses, guides, and recorded workshops are delivered electronically upon purchase.

3.1 Reimbursement Policy for Infoproducts

Infoproducts are eligible for full reimbursement within 14 days of purchase, provided that no more than 10% of the course content has been accessed. To request a reimbursement, please use our contact form with your order details and proof of access percentage.

3.2 Non-Reimbursable Infoproducts

Live-streamed events and membership programs with immediate access to exclusive communities are not eligible for reimbursement once access has been granted.

4. Goods

Physical items such as books, kits, and merchandise may be ordered through spiritaurora.com.

4.1 Return Policy for Goods

Goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping arrangements. Returns should be initiated via our contact form with order number and reason.

4.2 Reimbursement of Goods

Approved returns will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned items.

5. Requesting Reimbursements

All reimbursement requests must be submitted through our contact form with relevant order information and a brief explanation. SpiritAurora will review requests and respond within 7 business days.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations for individual coaching sessions require at least 24 hours notice. Group workshops and live events may be canceled up to 7 days prior without penalty. Late cancellations are considered attended and not eligible for reimbursement or rescheduling.

7. Modifications to Terms

SpiritAurora reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services, infoproducts, or goods after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
